What you'll be doing

Primary duties of the customer service support assistant will include: processing all customer order invoices including compiling all associated documentation, making phone calls to various internal departments to collect all relevant order information, matching up all shipping paperwork as well as assign lots to orders and sending paperwork to specified locations. Customer service support specialist will also address phone calls, faxes and e-mails from customers, internal departments and sales staffs, change orders per the customer request, send out daily order confirmations, manage the orders of the e-mail box, deal with customer complaints and process credits for damages and returned materials. The individual in this position will build and maintain good relationship not only with the present customers of the company but also with the potential customers.

What your background should be

The ideal candidate for this position requires having 2+ years of customer service and administrative experience. Candidate should have strong data entry skills combined with excellent communication skills. Experience with word and excel at an intermediate level are mandatory.
