What you'll be doing

Candidates must have sound judgment, a solid business acumen, and exceptional leadership skills. In addition, they must have a proven track record that demonstrates an ability to successfully run camp activities, assess the camp's physical and program needs, develop new camp programs, raise funds through different campaigns, develop and manage a multi cultured staff, focuses on strategic issues and build relationships between camp's alumni.

3 Years of working experience at senior management level

Required Schooling / Training

4 Year College Degree
