What you'll be doing

Assure the receiving and processing of customer complaints are handled in an appropriate manner consistent with all laws and regulations pertaining to patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance. Review complaints and coordinate complaint assignment of investigations. Interface with product quality to ensure that complaints are handled in a timely manner. Prepare MDRS and vigilance reports. Apply requirements of departmental procedures to the evaluation of complaint information and creation and submission of MDRS. Independently evaluate information and provide recommendations. Responsible for taking appropriate steps to maintain confidentiality of patient information. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

1 to 5 years of related experience and/or training in complaint/call center activities or complaint handling role. Experience in a medical device manufacturing environment or other regulated environment required. Experience with siebel software is preferred. Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers. Proficient in MS office and data entry. Ability to function in a team environment and deliver on team objectives.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma required, BS / BSN degree (science or engineering preferred).
