What you'll be doing
- Gather invitation list, enter the data into the system, plan the event, generate post event reports and build registeration modules. Prepare and monitor budget and finances and forward expense report to the director. Process related invoces, purchase orders and accounting entries. Coordinate administrative duties like logistics for the event, supervision, inventory issuance, name tages, desks, folders, invitation letters / emails, staff placement etc. Schedule meeting and conference call, book facilities, hotel, rooms etc, prepare other arrangements like catering, sound, decore etc.
What your background should be
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High School Diploma Bachelor's Degree preferred
