What you'll be doing
- The position holder will, Manage time, resources and expenses for engagements through task management, Manage issues and incident identification and prioritization, The complete project life cycle and work plan in every aspect through tests and customer "go live". The role will serve as a primary contact between internal and external members. The incumbant will gather, manage and schedule the resources including supplies, staff, equipment for the better output and keep the flow going. Manage the delieverables as per the agreed plans.
What your background should be
- 5 + year of related professional services experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's Degree with Master Degree preffered in Service Management
