What you'll be doing
- The Property Manager will supervise satff , maintinance, marketing and customer relation. Ensure that the property is rented to the optimal. Should be able to work in fast paced envoirnment, good finincial analytical skills and eagerness to reach the target. Will ensure deposits, timely payments, reconciliations and other financial matters. Will take care of all the resources and make sure that equipment and all others resources of the community have been used properly without wastage
What your background should be
- 2 + year of on site leasing/ Assistant manger Experience or 3+ year experience as CSO
Required Schooling / Training
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, College-level education highly preffered
