What you'll be doing
- The HR Generalist position will be expected to provide HR generalist support to a division or area within Company by recruiting for open positions. The incumbent will be working with the manager and providing consultation on wide variety of issues. That includes performance management, associate behaviour, internal investigations. The position holder must be strong, action oriented leader that can partner successfully with management to accelerate strategy executions, providing reports, giving training and supporting AAA and EEO efforts.
What your background should be
- 3-5 years of experience in related field
Required Schooling / Training
- College degree required; Human Resources or Business degree preferred.
