Technical Project Manager

What you'll be doing: This position will act as a project manager, working as a link between our client and their client regarding project information. Provide hands-on support for all functions of the project software implementation process including data conversion, software configuration, documentation, testing, troubleshooting, project planning and organization. Advise, consult, coordinate and perform activities necessary to remove roadblocks for the software implementation process. Support full range of activities necessary to provide a functional software package to the customer. Gather, consolidate, transform and load data as necessary to support software functionality. Configure software applications based on available date, interact with third party technicians to resolve issues. Record and report progress and document and troubleshoot.

What your background should be: Must have 5+ years experience working in a technical position in the oil and gas or utility industry. Experience with software life cycle and implementation process creative problem solving skills that can be applied to complex problems and presented to the larger group in a manner that is easily understood. Demonstrated ability to thrive in complex environment. Exceptional planning and organization skills. Strong organizational skills.
