What you'll be doing

Analyze, research, own and correct any order or transaction based issue providing timely resolution for contract and retail pre paid customers. Candidate will provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers, substitutes when applicable, research and obtain disposition if necessary. The responsible person will maintain log notes in system, resolve urgent logs from the call centers, process credit applications from customers/outside reps, work authorizations, decline calls, urgent logs, ACD line, and credit applications, attend team meetings to keep updated on account requirements etc. Must be research and reply to all inquiries in a timely fashion that meet department set service levels, answer inbound calls and assist customers in various capacities and participate in cross training.

What your background should be

At least 6 months of call center experience preferred. The successful person must be resourceful, organized, and creative. Candidate has ability to work with minimal supervision, to prioritize and respond quickly to the needs of customers, to problem solve and work independently. Needed excellent attendance and performance history, strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
