What you'll be doing

Maintains a professional work environment at all times and complies with company dress code policy. Demonstrates prompt and consistent attendance and participates in and supports firm wide initiatives. Demonstrates team player qualities. Must be a self-starter and problem solver who can identify challenges and offer solutions. Responds to requests for assistance from other business units and groups as required and offers assistance during down times. Attends and participates in administrative meetings. Under minimal supervision, performs advanced secretarial, administrative and confidential assignments. Exercises considerable discretion and independent judgement and can handle outside contacts with finesse and diplomacy. Plans, organizes and schedules work according to standard procedures. Requires quick learner who will become proficient with HL programs, company operations and organizational procedures. May require regular use of technical and business vocabulary. Will report to the Office Manager and one or more company officers.

What your background should be

Excellent administrative and word processing skills. Excellent MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Minimum of five years directly related experience.

Required Schooling / Training

High School or equivalent
