What you'll be doing
- IT helpdesk Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of completed and pending jobs using ticketing system. The position holder will assist the client to resolve computer issues like virus removal/password resets/email setup/software installs/media classroom assistance. The selected candidate will provide accurate and timely logging of problems and resolution for problems in the clarify problem management database, gather and input data for regular reports and update documentation about the products of the company. IT Helpdesk Specialist will handle software purchases for the office, phone set-up, set-up network and manage inventory.
