What you'll be doing
- Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing implementation and evaluation of the organization's programmes and services, monitoring daily delivery of the programmes to maintain the quality of the service, making sure that the programmes offered by the organization reflect the priority of the board, overseeing the implementation of the human resource policy, insuring that the customer; donor; personnel and volunteer files are stored, coaching staff for the performance improvement, assessing and informing the board of Directors of internal and external issues of the organization and conducting official correspondence. It is the duty of the Executive Director to coordinate regular and special board meetings, consult with the board attorney, construct an annual strategic plan and operate budget, process records and analyze different documents including legal documents and financial statements.
What your background should be
- 5+ years experience in related field
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
