What you'll be doing
- Call Center representative will responsible for determining demands of the customers, answering inquiries, resolving problems, maintaining database and fulfilling requests. The position holder will answer inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching; locating and providing information. It is the duty of the Call Center representative to maintain database by entering information. The selected candidate will be answerable for resolving problems and giving alternative solutions. Moreover clarifying the complete transactions and forwarding requests are also responsibility of the call center representative.

Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma or GED
