What you'll be doing
- The position holder will be responsible for examining store environments and key business indicators to find out the problems concerns and chances for development; providing reports to the Operations Directors to take action and get operational aims. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring financial reports, analyzing internal and external growth, supporting the delivery of outstanding client service, making plans to support execution of company initiatives to get the best business results and ensuring consistantly accountability to plans. The position holder will be answerable for communicating, identifying, planning and practicing to the Directors to make sure smooth flow of operations.

- 10 years of supervisory experience

- Bachelor's degree
