What you'll be doing
- Develops potential and strengthen current referral source relationships through consultative selling skills and cross selling techniques. Prepares presentations and proposals, presents and sells company products and services to current and potential clients. Creates and executes sales and marketing plan that result in business development, service line expansion, customer satisfaction and new sales growth. Communicates new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, and feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff. Monitors and reports on competitive intelligence, market development, customer satisfaction and service recovery. Prepares a variety of status reports, including, but not limited to, activity, closings, follow up, service, and adherence to goals. Ensures important referral sources are identified and monitored in designated territories. Collaborates with the operations team to meet strategic goals that include growth, quality and service excellence. Participates in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, health fairs, special events and telemarketing events.
What your background should be
- Clinical degree in nursing or therapy related field preferred. Direct healthcare sales/marketing experience preferred.
Required Schooling / Training
- High School diploma or GED required; bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field or equivalent education and experience.
