What you'll be doing

Ensure that all spot and schedule content is present at the ad insertion hardware for timely play out. Ensure that all advertising schedules are in place and properly distributed for timely play out. Provide routine preventive maintenance on the ad insertion systems software. Monitor the health of the ad insertion hardware. Troubleshoot media core ad insertion hardware and software. Develop and maintain working relationships with cable system peers within TWC and with 3rd party partners, and vendors. Manage change control for ad insertion equipment. Perform run rate analysis and run and review reports as needed. Assist in the development of ad insertion platform architecture. Research new technology, software or equipment to improve departmental operations. Maintain IT department and establish connectivity to the ad insertion hardware.

What your background should be

1-3 years of similar work experience supporting similar technologies. Knowledge of the technical equipment required for ad insertion. Maintain high level of support to internal & external customers. Knowledge of all windows applications. Industry specific knowledge of general ad sales structure, organization and procedures. Good verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work under deadline pressures.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in technology or related field is preferred.
