What you'll be doing

The Policy Analyst will be responsible for working with internal Core Process owners (CPO) to establish and maintain policies and procedures for specialty pharmacy operations. Obtain appropriate approvals for changes made to documentation. Partner with the curriculum development team to ensure that training curriculum is accurate. Assist in maintaining pharmacy accreditations by driving the annual review process and identifying documentation that satisfies accreditation requirements. Collaborate with core process owners to establish and maintain policies and procedures including, but not limited to, meeting turn-around-time for policy approvals, accurately formatting policies, conducting meta-analysis of policies to drive consistency and reduce non-needed duplicative policies, providing communications to the business, etc. Collaborate with right source learning organization, quality, professional practice, and other groups to ensure policies align with operational processes, curriculum, etc. Participate in pharmacy accreditation research and annual reviews.

What your background should be

Minimum 2 years of experience in a policy development environment. Experience with adobe software. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Visio, and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of documentation development and editing. Excellent analytical skills. Clear and concise oral and written communication skills demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
