What you'll be doing

General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions. The position holder will comprise planning of company policies and discussing them with the top management for final approval. The position holder will develop an annual budget and fiscal plan and present it before the board of the directosr. General Manager will also be answerable for the scheming, assigning, managing, interating and decision making for the development of the system. The selected candidate will prepare records of the functioning of all the departments. Take active role in monitoring the staffing issues and job placement and reduce the staff turnover.
