What you'll be doing

Property Manager will be responsible to make sure that the building and all equipment are properly maintained and prepared. The person should also has knowledge of plumbing, electrical, construction and air conditioning equipment. The position holder will maintain safety precautions of the trade involved. The person will be answerable for supervising the work of maintenance and housekeeping staff. Property Manager will be responsible for preparing annual budget, paying bills, forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, completing repairs and responding to emergencies. Update job knowledge by taking part in different educational opportunities is also the duty of the Property Manager.
