What you'll be doing

The person will be responsible for calculating budgets and ensuring they are adhered to. It is the duty of the Event Coordinator to visit venue, schedule vendors and participants, prepare presentations and select dishes for menus. Event Coordinator will be answerable for editing promotional materials, securing sponsorships, developing fundraising events, selecting chefs for food sample, coordinating with managers, sitting arrangements and decorations, selecting musician negotiating and securing event space, managing correspondence, sending out invitations and providing projectors, computers and other display materials.
