What you'll be doing

The person will be accountable for developing forecasts, managing budget, assessing local marketed conditions, identifying sales opportunities, sharing knowledge with other branches, Adhering to high ethical standards and providing training; coaching; development; and motivation. The position holder has to meet goals and metrics. The person will be responsible for locating areas of improvement, staying abreast of competing markets and providing reports on marketed movement. Moreover it is the duty of the Branch Manager to monitor statistical performance, make sure that invoices and payroll are accurate for the branch, implement the quality policies and monitor all management related to the security.

3-5 years of management experience
