What you'll be doing
- Team Leader will be answerable for personnel duties, completing paperwork, reporting to senior level management, helping with promotional events, handling complaints and ordering stock. It is the responsibility of the position holder to motivate team members, ensure discussion, maintain healthy group dynamics, encourage creativity, lead by setting a role model and recognize team member. The person will be accountable for providing status report, escalating issues, providing guidance to the team based on management direction, resolving interface issues and keeping the project manager and product committee informed of task accomplishment; issues; and status.

- High school diploma/GED
