What you'll be doing
- The person will provide support to all the office staff for setting up the accounts, troubleshooting, hardware and software maintenance and other IT help. Track and respond the feeds for help coming through email, phone, online requests or finger impressions. Install anti virus software, updates, patches and other routine necessary software / applications. Set up and apply diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot the problems. Develop frequently asked questions and help sheet for the clients to undetstand the system.

- 2 years of related experience

- High School Diploma
