What you'll be doing

Human Resources Leader will be responsible for developing organization strategies by searching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives. It is the responsibility of the Human Resources Leader to develop financial strategies, anticipate requirements, develop action plans, analyze results, design systems, determine production, initiate corrective actions, minimize the impact of variances, accumulate resources, manage customer service, resolve problems, maintain safety and health, clarify issues, support management, update job knowledge, advice management or needed actions and participate in professional event organations.
