What you'll be doing

Call Center Associate will be responsible for maintaining call center database, entering information, explaining new features, reporting malfunctions, forwarding requests, completing transactions, implementing solutions, researching problems, clarifying issues, answering telephone calls, escalating unresolved problems, keeping equipment operational, exploring opportunities, clarifying desired information of the client, serving customers by determining their demands and giving them alternative solutions and assisting internal and external clients.
