What you'll be doing

Service Manager will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling employee issues, scheduling appointments, making reminder calls to customers, providing proper training to the staff, making sure that all customer service have up to date benefited information, assisting with client services, reporting on all client service measurements, creating methods to provide feedback and provide high level of support to senior management. It is the responsibility of the position holder to implement manage and communicate performance measures for area for responsibility, provide strong communication with clients, participate in weekly management reviews of measures with team and develop action plan for improvement.

5-7 years of related experience

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma
