What you'll be doing
- Call Center Specialist will be responsible for providing service information, maintain call center database, verifying information updating contact log, taking fax and email orders, entering orders by transmitting information offering assistance, reporting malfunctions, participating in educational opportunities, updating job knowledge, improving quality results, keeping equipment operational. The incumbent will help in providing information, answering incoming telephone calls, making sure that all calls are attended and handled properly. Verifying insurance information of patients, making a schedule for pateints 'appointments and updating patient demographics. It is the responsibility of the Call Center Specialist to provide basic orientation regarding health centers and other services.
