What you'll be doing
- Assist in supervision of Call Center Representatives during 2pm-10pm shift M-F and Saturdays 2am-6pm. Handle outbound lead verification calls and coach call center representatives calls as needed. Create and maintain files on each agent as they relate to performance. Keep track of attendance, daily statistics paid time off, sick time etc. Coach and Council Call Center Representatives as needed. Monitor Call Center Representatives daily. Assist with daily reports. Communicate company information as needed. Assist with new hire training when needed.
What your background should be
- Minimum 2+ years Call Center Lead experience. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle fast paced environment. Great coaching and performance management skills. Detail oriented and highly organized with performance based metrics. Ability to learn new software quickly and easily.
