What you'll be doing
- Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating meetings, developing strategies, receiving project documents and compiling a summary that includes a project plan and target data. The Project Coordinator will be developing project management calendar, performing different administrative works, scheduling meetings, gathering information needed to coordinate a project, assisting and performing the plan; organize; control and implement of projects, monitoring and revising resources are deployed to achieve the project plan, maintaining the project sales order, generating customer progress report, identifying critical item and activities, involving with the purchasing group in the expediting of sub-vendors to make sure that the project demands are protected and obtained, organizing different meetings and assisting the formal close out of the project at completion.
What your background should be
- 1-3 years of experience
Required Schooling / Training
- BS in business administration.
