What you'll be doing

The Candidate will work with the business review leaders and other internal departments to improve product, service and/or program business processes. This role is the escalation point for both internal and external client issues and also account maintenance, answering client inquires, provide merchant services education, develop review plans, assess acceptance behaviour trends, provide interchange information, monitor all the phases of the life cycle of the account, will gather and analyse competitive bids, selling a full range of merchant processing products and services to existing customers while providing specialized customer care, achieve cross-sell and portfolio revenue retention targets assigned by manager.

What your background should be

One to two years of client management experience. Strong relationship building and cross-selling skills. Ability to analyze information received from various sources and synthesize into reports, presentations and proposals. Strong problem-solving skills. Strong organization and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously. Proven customer service/relations skills. Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Sales skills, preferably inside sales. Call center experience also needed.
