LATAM Regional Hub Lead, Global CMC

What you'll be doing: The position is responsible for the hub resources and budget and for the supervision and development of all personnel, including providing strategic regulatory advice. The hub lead will ensure effective relationship management with all key customers and partners both globally and within the region and will lead and embed continuous improvement practices. The LATAM hub lead will work in close partnership with other regional hub leads to develop and implement consistent support strategies and processes. Lead talent management and guide personal development activities for the team to grow knowledge, skills and experience of team members. Ensure that GMP processes and systems are adhered to by all stakeholders ensuring conformance for the company products. Engage with regulatory strategy/operations and supply chain to ensure alignment of hub activities with business plans. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be: A minimum of 10 years of industrial or academic experience in regulatory affairs, operations, quality assurance, and technology or development functions as practiced in the Vaccine, Biological, Pharmaceutical Therapeutics or related field. Applicant requires a strong background and experience in supervising a team of regulatory professionals. Applicant requires having knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging processes and experience in establishing a team and developing them to be high performers. Ability to understand the broader pharmaceutical business and align activities of team to support and enhance business value required.

Required Schooling / Training: Scientific degree in a relevant subject (PhD preferred, science related BSc or MSc required).
