What you'll be doing
- Demonstrated organizational skills. will have to manage multiple tasks to complete a project. Will have multiple projects in process at any given time. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. Will have to communicate with suppliers and internal resource to gather product documentation and/or complete forms. Basic functionality such as sorting and simple math formulas. Must also demonstrate attention to detail so that they enter customers requests accurately and issue clear instructions to other departments. Must have good interpersonal skills to deal with our sales team (customers) and collaborate with other departments in our company. Excellent customer service skills to enable them to deal politely and effectively with customers inquiries or complaints.
What your background should be
- Completion of supplier forms and documentation requests. Manage product sample requests in co-relation. Construct customer quotes for sales team. Fisher Item Set ups, gather and input details needed to setup new products in fishers system. Input and organize supplier product details into a spreadsheet. Database will have tens of thousands of line items so the ability to organize and execute in mass is key. The position requires a candidate to have some college experience a bachelor degree is preferred with 5+ years of relevant work experience. High-level proficiency with microsoft office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). Excellent written and verbal communications skills required. Ability to prioritize work with focus on details and accuracy. Able to work in multifunctional team. Clean background record. Able to pass drug test.
