What you'll be doing

Provide leadership for client relationship and business development for the further development of the Strategy Plus practice. Ensure that the year to year performance of the North American practice is consistent with the business plan requirements from a financial, operational and service quality point of view. Lead top tier client relationships and focus on winning major new business for the practice. Provide conceptual direction for major engagements at the proposal stage. Develop proposed strategies for implementing projects which have been awarded. Organize the staff assigned to projects by providing direction, monitoring, and day to day guidance. Participate in marketing initiatives. Participate in generating new business. Know and document competitor strength and weaknesses.

What your background should be

Candidate may be required to travel (up to 25%) of the time. Ten years experience in space planning, workplace strategy consulting or related fields of workplace change management and service design. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive writing skills. High performance in user research, design strategy and space programming. Excellent presentation skills. Familiarity with research methodologies and processes. High degree of flexibility, ability to work on multiple projects. At least 8 years of consulting experience, and at least 3 years of which have been at the office or practice level.
