What you'll be doing
- Personal Assistant will be responsible for organizing meetings, booking transport and accommodation, arranging appointments, maintaining administrative systems, implementing procedures, preparing letters, handling reports, creating presentations, taking massages, maintain diaries, answering telephone calls, liaising with staff and clients, coordinating client meetings, maintaining contract files, planning company events, taking ownership of additional assignments, knowing all the contacts of the executive director related to the business and helping with PowerPoint presentations.
