What you'll be doing
- Team Leader will be responsible for working with material manufacturers, project engineers, operations and maintenance technicians to develop and maintain progressive programs for the system, It is the duty of the team Leader to develop assess tracking system and bill of equipment. The position holder will be answerable for developing new training programs, managing spare parts inventory to optimal level in concert with the engineering manager, utilizing inventory management system, connecting daily with the technicians and operations to access status of current maintenance needs, making plans for future work staying abreast of changing environmental; safety and other demands through training, establishing performance standards monitoring performance with in those standards and supporting boiler system.
What your background should be
- 10 or more years of experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelors degree
