What you'll be doing
- IT Help Desk will be responsible for managing trouble tickets, providing technical reports to employees and clients, assisting network administrator with system, assisting with the implementation of different IT projects to meet the business needs and standards of the technologies, training computer users, writing trading manuals, modifying and repairing computer hardware and software, having good relationship with the customers and resolve their problems by running diagnostic programs and gaining feedback from the clients about computer usage, making reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur and provide technical assistance for incoming queries and issues about computer system.
What your background should be
- 5 years of related experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Degree in Information Technology
