What you'll be doing
- The Property Manager will look after over all administrative and operational issues for the apartment complex. The person will be responsible to deal with legal matters related to the property and should have strong understanding of laws pertaining to discrimination. Responsible for the collection from the residents and detaling with the contractors and interm of payments. Hire, train, place and fire the staff for the complex.
What your background should be
- Minimum 5 Years of experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High School Diploma
