What you'll be doing

The General Manager will be responsible to hire, manage and train the staff and will monitor and coach the members to achieve best possible output. Prepare the staff schedules and make adjustments according the business requirement and roster. Show driver for customer care and monitor the way to maximise the custome rsatisfaction. Monitor and supervise all the inventory and ensure that safety stock is available and preserved as per the company policies. Prepare all necessary reports for the management and participate in the meetings. Coordinate between management, staff under supervision and customer to match the performance with the targets.
