What you'll be doing
- The Office manager will be responsible for the coordinatin between different departments, students and other stake holders. Overall administrative issues, like supplies, general admin staff supervision, mail handling, visitors, petty cash and utilities. Determin departmental budget and monitor the usage and cash flow in line with the prescribed budget. Responsible fro the trainings of students and workers as per the procedures. Use of technlogy, maintain database, update the system, maintain data accuracy and generate different reports from the system
