What you'll be doing
- The Branch manager will be responsible for managing the branch employees and supervises day-to-day operations of the branch in a professional and efficient manner. Ensures safety, operational soundness and excellent service levels are provided within the branch. Responsible for the sales culture in the branch and the development of new and existing customers. Recruit, hire, staffing and trained the employees and allocate resources for the team for effective performance. Maintain books of accounts, be prepared for urgent audits, look after the valut and atm issues. Monitor the work flow for the effective internal control procedures.
