What you'll be doing

The Assistant Manager will provide support to the manager in financial, management and other operational matters. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in term of safety and security and maintain a pleasant shopping enviornment for customers. Prepare payroll, monitor staff, look after the store sales. Show drive for outstanding customer care, listen to their problems and comes up with the acceptable solutions. Hire and train new sales associate to ensure the staffing needs are met for the store and staff work as per the company guidelines.
