What you'll be doing
- Troubleshooting and solving IT related PC, printer, scanner, cell phone, server, and access point issues. Effectively communicate with corporate IT on issues that cannot be solved locally and update local users. Understand business processes and make improvements utilizing macro, advanced excel programming (VBA), and access databases. Support and initiate IT related purchases and set up and maintain users support implementation of warehouse management system / new ERP project, monitor two system interfaces, and troubleshoot issues. support and manage reports of showcase strategy program.
What your background should be
- 3 years experience in IT. Proficiency in Macro, Advanced Excel Programming (VBA), Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication, analytical and organization skills.J.D. Edwards/ Showcase, and Red Prairie software experience strongly preferred.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree
