Machine Maintenance Technician

What you'll be doing: The client company is seeking Machine maintenance technicians to add to their dynamic team. This individual Installs, maintains, and repairs hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, mechanical, and electrical systems on blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment. Operate all maintenance machinery and related tools/equipment in a safe manner. Diagnose and repair all production machinery, power and hand tools. Replace bearings, spindles and other related components. Hook up and dismantle, relocate and test various machines. Coordinate with manufacturing and engineering personnel on problems relating to faulty equipment, process, or any unusual conditions which may affect safety, production or the general operation of company facilities or equipment. Able to establish and maintain preventive maintenance program on all relevant equipment.

What your background should be: Minimum 4 years experience with machine maintenance. Ability to repair/troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Ability to read and interpret written instructions/manuals. Perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment. Must possess own tools mechanical and technical ability a must. Fabrication skills plus. Able to solve practical problems.
