Transaction Processing Associate

What you'll be doing: This role is to become part of the newly created stock loan middle office team supporting the united states broker dealer stock loan trading book. This candidate would be expected to provide position management support to the sbl and funding desk. This new role is being created to provide better availability visibility to the trader across both equity and fixed income product. Expectation for the role include but are not limited to; depository management and the realignment of position. Work with treasury on position treatment. Work with regulatory, tax and the business on tax treatment of asset. Work with technology and product development on the strategic build out of inventory management screen within the new platform. Provide visibility into unused availability. Position and depository evaluation and analysis of tri party pledge. Monitoring open contract against coach record date. Manage liability associate with buy in risk. Processing profit and loss statement risk metrics setup and maintenance of profit and loss book. Resolve price exception qualification.

What your background should be: Experience in security operation preferred. Ability to develop relationship with client, the front office, technology, product development and a variety of other contact within operation area. Strong analytical skill. Ability to work in a pressurized environment, meeting tight deadline on a daily basis. Strong written and oral communication skill. Ability to work within group environment with strong work ethics. Strong computer skills.
