What you'll be doing

Contributing model based drug development complementary to processes including enhanced quantitative drug development and enhanced clinical trial design. Contribute to the pharmacometric group in performing model based drug development activities. Exposure response analysis, disease progression modeling, quantitative knowledge management, clinical trial design and decision analysis activities. Organize and manage the agreed project deliverable utilizing the appropriate expertise and resource. Providing peer review, mentorship, consultancy and technical input on quantitative issues. Promote, educate and mentor other in application of quantitative technique and share experience through appropriate local and global discussion. Prepare and deliver training material on quantitative tool and methodology internally to pharmacometrician and colleagues. Contribute with project team and partner to regulatory response and submission.

What your background should be

Experience of pharmacostatistical methods of data analysis and study design are essential. Strong science and quantitative analysis background, with good working knowledge of biology, chemistry, pharmacology, engineering or statistics. Good computational skills. Good knowledge of a range of model based drug development complementary software. Good communication skills.

Required Schooling / Training

M.S. in pharmacy or related field required.
