What you'll be doing
- Work with global supply chain managers to ensure timely and accurate execution of the demand plan. Develop content and material for meetings and participate in analyzing/resolving issues impacting supply chain performance. Analyze supply chain performance and diagnose key improvement areas. Build and maintain methodology and tools for ongoing analysis. Define & implement improvement opportunities for current processes and systems. Maintain and update key information and data in core IT applications. Lead corporate projects, develop the approach, communicate plans and tasks to divisional and global participants, manage project to timeline, and successfully achieve project goals. Work with IS team to define and test core it applications.
What your background should be
- 5+ years of supply chain, MFG planning or data management systems experience. Strong PC skills such as excel, access, power point, word. Experience utilizing SAP or other ERP system preferred.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree in business, operations, manufacturing or related field.
