What you'll be doing

The client company is looking for committed, friendly, upbeat individual to become a part of one of the fastest growing fitness chains in the industry. Be able to understand and support store operations, policies and procedures. Candidate should have knowledge in customer relations, sales, and management in a position that supports professional growth. Ability to professionally resolve customer issues and also finalize, transmit and process weekly time and attendance records and payroll. The ideal person will work with club manager to provide supervisory oversight of club employees and assist in hiring of new club employees. Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes of workday. S/he will perform other duties as assigned by the club manager.

What your background should be

At least 3 years of face to face retail customer service experience normally gained from hotel front desk, or waiter/waitress experience. Familiarity with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel). Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or equivalent required and an associate degree preferred.
