Senior Pipeline Engineer

What you'll be doing: Design facilities and provide technical assistance to field personnel. Responsible for design and installation of new and replacement equipment for natural gas pipelines. Performs project coordinator duties for assigned capital and projects including preparing work scopes, specifying pressure containing and motion restricting materials, reviewing field labor and equipment time estimates, and coordinating construction activities with field personnel insure compliance with company SOPs and DOT regulations. Assist area personnel with project execution by material selection, drawings and sketches. Prepare purchase requests for pressure containing equipment, etc. Prepare hydrostatic test letters as required. Assist southeast region in obtaining its respective goals. Provide technical support to area personnel. Assist with on shore abandonment listings plan future program enhancements and cost reductions.

What your background should be: Minimum 8+ years of pipeline engineering related experience. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to self-manage, set priorities and establish goals desired. Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and programs by demonstrated ability to effectively organize and prioritize work in a timely manner.
