What you'll be doing
- The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting full-cycle recruiting efforts for field and office vacancies; coordinating with HR business partners for interview scheduling; ensuring appropriate posting of internal and external vacancies; conduction new employee orientation; preparing new employee files; assisting with requisition tracking, metrics and reporting; providing interview/selection training to interview teams as necessary; assisting with candidate sourcing options such as career fairs, technical schools, etc.
What your background should be
- A minimum of three to five years of related experience in recruitment and recruiting coordination. Must he highly professional with a strong customer focus. Strong computer skills including MS word, excel, power point and outlook. Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize tasks, work independently and learn what data needs to be communicated to the appropriate parties.
