What you'll be doing

Monitor remedy ticketing system to receive work assignments. Perform customer support activities including troubleshooting, research, resolution, reporting and customer follow up. Monitor systems management consoles. Perform reporting, research, resolution activity and escalate as necessary. Perform VIP monitoring and follow-ups. Participate in and provide inputs to reporting requirements including hot issues reports, turnover documentation and daily shift logs. Perform routine maintenance activities including periodic password resets, server reboots and server builds. Perform user migrations as required. Perform equipment inventorying, distribution and receiving as required. Perform close coordination with various groups on issues potentially related to microsoft exchange, active directory, networks, and domain controllers.

What your background should be

2 to 3 years of experience. Strong oral and written communication skills with experience working directly with customers including VIPs. Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and quick turnaround deliverables. Ability to focus on ticket and system monitoring systems for sustained periods.
